Hargray conversion

Ok, what is going on? i've had Hargray for over 9 years, the bundled package with Cable, all movie channels, high speed internet and home phone service for about $120 per mth. started out $85 for all and is now $120.
since the conversion July 1, lost all the movie channels.... no notice, no letter....no email, no phone call and i have everything w/ hargray so it's not like they could not get in touch with me!!!!! they did send me a new channel line up. i'm like cool! more channels!
called customer service. one lady said i should not have been getting movie channels for 9 years. nice. and it would be $60 more per mth for get them back. GET THEM BACK!!!!??????????? then emailed customer service...they emailed me back saying to call customer service - gave me hours of service but no number. how should i call? send smoke signals? then called again..they said i needed a digital converter and it would be $135 for the first 3 mths. i'm thinking, well ok, i guess i'll try that. hook me up. what choice do i have? so he said they'd cal me to install. no call the next day. no call the day after that. called again. oh, yeah, your order is in - i have 5 people to wait on and will get back to you. 5 hrs. later, get a call, yeah, we can hook you up July 17. does anyone see a problem w/ that? i'm like you're kidding me right. no answer.
