The Arts Council of Beaufort County has a new emerging artist initiative that is re-defining its role as a not-for-profit service organization. Get Your Art Out is about the business of art, life as an artist, and nurturing the arts in Beaufort County. A visual arts track begins February 22. A literary track begins March 19.
