Beaufort County residents can responsibly dispose of their broken computers and other electronic appliances from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19.

Two county public works sites will be prepared to accept electronic items: the Shanklin Road site near the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort and the Ulmer Road location off Burnt Church Road in Bluffton.

Television sets will require a $10 disposal fee. Other electronic goods will be accepted free of charge.
