Does anyone else think it strange that the new and improved Chamber of Commerce visitors center has even more local items - books, t-shirts, jewelry, pocketbooks - to sell than the previous location did on Bellamy Curve?

Just curious what people are thinking about the Ceips/Davis race? Is the incumbent doing a good job for us? Would Davis do a better one?

So people are disappearing from Harbour Town and their associates are committing suicide...what's going on on Hilton Head Island? It sounds like a television mystery. Everyone's mystified....will this be another "cold case" added to the files of the Beaufort County's sheriff's department? Trying to think of other "unsolved" cases although I know it's still early to call this one unsolved yet..

I watched Monday's Beaufort County Council on tv and I must say, I sure am glad I wasn't sitting in the chambers! The county elected officials spent the first hour recognizing high school students and the Lady's island Fire Department for various achievements. While I think it's a wonderful idea to give credit where credit is due, especially when students are involved, it seems like this new practice could get way out of hand. Who's deciding who should be recognized?
